S2 Episode 6: Building a Company That Empowers Girls With Emily Richett

Emily Richett has a background in media and public relations. When she realized there weren't any good dolls for her daughters that aligned with her family's values, she decided to create her own.

In this episode, she tells Taryn DeLong about how she created ⁠Faith Friends Co.⁠, her desire to empower Christian girls with her products, and how she balances ethical business practices with keeping costs sustainable.

Emily Richett is a former TV news reporter with two decades experience working in media, both in front of and behind the camera. She is the founder of HAPPY PR, a publicity agency that has worked with some of the fastest growing private businesses in the country. In 2020, Emily earned Click Funnels' 2-Comma Club Award for earning more than $1-million in a single sales funnel that was responsible for helping dozens of brands achieve press and media coverage. In 2023, Emily launched the Christian 18' doll brand called Faith Friends.

Emily continues her passion for sharing inspiring stories on her top-rated podcast, The AMPLIFY Show, where she interviews leading authors, experts, and philosophers in business, parenting, faith, and life.
