Elise Crawford Gallagher is the Founder and CEO of RINGLET, a digital marketing and brand management agency that works with women business owners in the Washington DC area. Elise graduated with a Masters in Communication from Johns Hopkins University. She worked in the Catholic non-profit world before starting RINGLET. Her concentrations were in Public & Media Relations and Digital Communications. She currently lives in Maryland with her college-sweetheart-turned-husband who is a high school theology teacher and law student.

Daphne is a newly-wed, photographer and digital media marketer. Daphne graduated with a Bachelors in Visual Communications from the University of South Carolina. She worked as a photographer for an archeological dig before joining the Delaware State Parks marketing team as a photographer and social media coordinator. Most recently, Daphne worked as the Director of the Office of Digital Media for the Archdiocese of Washington, before marrying her husband, Nicholas, and beginning the adventure of being a wife to an Officer in the United States Marine Corps. Emma is a designer, writer, and artist who discovered her passion for business later in life. She’s currently exploring the intersection of psychology, human behavior, strategy, and design through her work at Sprintwell. Emma has her master's in business administration and is a certified digital coach. Formerly a business owner and director of marketing and communications. Currently serves on the board for FIERCE Athlete. She is also a wife and mother of two feisty, smart, and beautiful daughters.
Taryn is a writer in Raleigh, North Carolina, where she writes and speaks about women’s issues for a variety of publications and conferences. Her role models are all named Teresa, and she keeps discovering new ways they influence her work and her life. When not writing or editing, Taryn is typically reading Jane Austen, drinking Earl Grey, and spending time with family and friends. Laura K. Roland is a cradle Catholic who has recently landed in Washington DC. An educator for 22 years, 14 of which were in Catholic education, she is a former Assistant Superintendent of Catholic Schools for the Archdiocese of Washington DC. A blogger and speaker, she is also the co-founder of Encounter Grace, a women’s ministry in the DC/MD/VA area.
She and her husband Matt have been married 29+ years and have three adult children and an amazing son-in-law.
